59th Annual General Meeting

Dear member,

 

This upcoming season is yet another important year for our club. Whilst we had some improvements throughout the year we still have a lot of work to do.

We need to have a strong presence at this upcoming AGM to ensure there are a sufficient number of people willing to put their hand up to ensure all that needs to be done at the club can be done.

We need passionate people to step up and put some effort into ensuring the club gets back the club we once were. We require dedicated people on the committee to help run the club.

The meeting will include:

• The elections of the President, Secretary & Treasurer

• Elections  for the Committee

• Nominations for Captains

• Nominations for a Club Statistician

All positions are up for nominations. You don’t need to be a player to be elected for a committee position.

We encourage all members and players to attend. We want to hear your voice so we can do everything we possibly can to ensure we make the right steps to build a successful club on and off the field.

You don’t need to be on the committee to be involved, but if you would like to, then your input & guidance will be most valuable.

If you would like to nominate for the any position or have any GENERAL BUSINESS you wish to be discussed at the AGM it must be received in writing to Callum or Jayne, 28 days (Sunday 31st May 2020) prior to the meeting.

At the conclusion of the meeting join us for a couple of drinks and lunch if you wish.
